The Fantastic Boss - two day programme: £295 per person

3/4th March - 9/10th June - 1/2nd Sept

This two day seminar based on the book of the same name, is run by Alan Austin-Smith and is for anyone who is involved in leadership or education. It will focus on the skills needed to communicate with people in such a way as to motivate them to take the action that will help them to be more successful in their job.

The New Manager - two day programme: £295 per person

17/18th March - 6/7th July - 12/13th Oct

This two day seminar has been designed specifically for people who are relatively new to management, salon ownership or have the potential for salon management in the future. It will focus on the core basic leadership skills needed to manage a salon team including managing the transition from stylist to manager.

The Fantastic Front of House - one day programme: £149 per person

11th May - 7th Sept - 9th Nov

This one day seminar has been created specifically for the people who are responsible for your front of house experience. However, this innovative day will not just deal with customer service and telephone techniques - it will really be focused on how someone in this position can really impact on the overall sales of the salon.

Customer Delight - one day programme: £95 per person

8th June - 2nd Nov

This one day seminar is for anyone in the team that comes face to face with the customer. It is not enough anymore to simply offer good service - we have to delight and WOW people. With group exercises and participation, delegates will explore what type of experience they would expect from a visit to the salon themselves and then look closely at what they have to do to ensure that their own clients receive that level of experience, consistently.

The Perfect Client - one day programme: £95 per person

9th June - 3rd Nov

A fantastic hairdresser is measured by what their clients look and feel like when they leave the salon. The perfect client has a great hair cut, beautiful colour, great products at home and has experienced a relaxing ritual before booking their next appointment. When a hairdresser understands that all they are doing is a job that they love - making people look and feel fantastic, they will start to see their average bill go up - creating a win, win, win situation - the salon is happy, the stylist is happy and the client is just 'perfect'.

How you perceive yourself is how you will operate! This fantastic day will help the younger members of your team to understand exactly what their job is - that they are essential to the overall goal of the salon - making people look and feel fantastic - giving them confidence, self esteem and the responsibility needed to become a fantastic hairdresser.
